Returns We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. To start a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened: feeding pillows, silicone bibs, and baby food bowls. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
